Introduction
Kwiss, hereinafter also called the Product, is a platform with the purpose of creating, playing and sharing quiz. The Product is owned and run by Nyheter24Gruppen (556738-6999), hereinafter called The Company.

The following terms of use indicate your and The Company's rights and obligations with regard to The Product.

Through membership (see below) of the Product you approve these terms in full. If you do not wish to accept the terms, you should no longer use the services the services as provided by the Product.

Kwiss
The Product has its technical domicile on http://kwiss.me (hereinafter called The Site) where you can create, play and/or share quizzes.

Parts of the Product's functionality (playing and sharing) are also accessible off-site through 'embeds'. This is a technique that enables anyone with an existing quiz to obtain a code that can be placed on any Internet site at any time (given the appropriate permissions). Effectively, this means The Product provides services that extends beyond The Site itself.

Membership
You become a member on The Site by logging in using your Facebook account. Membership (logged in) gives you access to, among other things, the following:

• You can create, edit, and delete your own quizzes
• You can see detailed statistics
• You get an overall average of all the quizzes you play
• You can see which quiz your friends on Facebook have played
• Your friends on Facebook can see the quizzes that you have played

User Generated Content
You are responsible for that the content of the quiz that you create does not violate or infringe on any rights of third parties. More specifically, you warrant that you own the copyright for the material used, or that you have the copyright owner's authorization. You are responsible for that the material is not in any way offensive nor objectionable.

Quizzes that you have created are owned by you but may be used and spread unlimitedly - even outside The Site - by both The Company and The Product's users without entitlement to compensation (called a royalty-free use). The Company has the right at any time and without notice to you, remove, or disable the published material which The Company finds inappropriate.

The Company is not responsible for the material used in the quizzes created by you. Furthermorin quizzes created by you.

The Company has the right to at any time place ads and or messages in quizzes created by you.

Personal information
When you create an account on The Site we collect some data about you from your Facebook account. The collected data is:

• Name
• Email
• Profile picture
• Information from your friends list regarding whom amongst your friends also uses The Site.

This information is used to create an account for you, and to be able to enhance your expericence (gamification), so you can see which ones of your friends has created or played a quiz.

We don't share this information with third parties.

Cookies
On Kwiss.me we're using cookies. We're doing this to collect information about your and other users behaviour on The Site, so we can create a better user experience.
